Its officially time, Last night Rupaul’s Drag Race All Stars 3 had its VH1 premiere event. Us non-VH1 folk unfortunately still have to wait one more week, January 25th, to see what went down on episode one. Crowd favorite and Season 9 top four finalist Peppermint served as mistress of ceremonies. All queens turnt the looks both at the show’s premiere and also in the intros. That’s right, Vh1 seems to know we are a very inpatient crowd – the intros have arrived.

It’s been one busy week for the franchise, not to mention our Queen Mother. RuPaul is not only a featured interview with our other mother Oprah in O Magazine, but also Mama Ru will be featured on OWN’s  Super Soul Sunday Conversation series where she will literally be serving spiritual guidance.

There’s more! Rupaul’s Drag Race Thailand will also be premiering (SCREAMS)! And, according to Entertainment Weekly, this season of All Stars will be paired with Fantasy Drag Race competition where you can create your own teams. The team with the highest scoring points at the end of the season will win two tickets to the finale.

Is it just us or did the RuWorld just get bigger, perhaps this is all part of the resistance. To add, DragCon LA is just around the corner. Maybe this is Rupaul’s contribution to the resistance, Minority Leader Nancy Peolsi is even a rumored guest judge on All Stars 3. Needless to say, DSD will be featuring Ru quite a bit this the year.
